A 1737 survey of "Latitia" AUBREY's 5,000 acres (later Fagg's Manor) on the Elk River can be found at the PA State Archive website that contains many of the original PA surveys in PDF format. See:

Her Warrent was dated 05 Apr 1737 and was returned 15 Aug 1727. The warrent is not in the Warrant Regester for Chester county, but her Patent dated 26 Feb 1736 is in Patent Book A8:249. No residents living within the tract are named.

A survey of William PENN's 5,000 acre Manor that bordered the western boundary of AUBREY's tract is in Survey Book D69:284 at:

This tract was resurveyed 05, 12, & 13 June 1751 for John CHURCHMAN in pursuance of the Proprietaries Warrant dated 10 Feb 1740. The survey was returned 25 Jun 1741 and includes a list of 28 names of those that were settled on Wm. PENN's Manor.

The proof that Leonard HATTON of Huntington Township, York (now Adams) County, PA came from Londonderry Township, Chester County can be found in York County Deed Book 2C:172-174 (the deed mentions "Leonard Hatton of Londonderry and County of Chester ..."
