Looking for information on a Daniel McGregor who died in 1833 in Halifax Co. Va. An account inventory of his estate is in the will book. Money goes to a William McGregor, James Adams ( who married Elizabeth Mcgregor in 1795) and a Jane McGregor. Administrator for estate is a John McGregor. When Elizabeth McGregor married James Adams, there is a sheet attached to the marriage record where John McGregor Sr. gave permission for her to marry. This document was witnessed by John McGregor Jr. and Daniel McGregor. Any information would be appreciated.
