I am looking for any help on finding out more about the parents & relatives of Eva Mae McGregor. She was born 17 Mar 1887, and died 17 Oct 1967. She married James W. Cook, and she lived in Calais, Maine. The stories from her children, including my grandmother, is that she was orphaned. All that is known is that she had two brothers. If one assumes that her father was 25-30 yrs old at the time of her birth, that would put his birth date between 1860 & 1875 or thereabouts. Since Calais is near New Brunswick, I'm also assuming that the father was either from Maine, New Brunswick, or Canada.
