Peter MacGown ME/NH??
Posted by: Neil Cook Date: August 13, 2001 at 08:45:47

I am looking for information on a Peter MacGown, who married a Polly <?>
Probably around the early 1800's
they had 14 children one of whome was my great-great Grandfather Cyrenus Edwin, who had Moved to Lynn, Mass. and had grandma Clara Ethel. I have a list of the 14 some of whome are list <oral tradition> as from the Ellesworth area: a Willie, Walter, or Francis, and a Sabin, from Augusta.
As for the ones who migrated to Lynn, Mass.
I have Lizzie, Adelia, George, and of course Cyrenus Edwin. any info would be appreciated in the family research! As the name seems to have evolved over time. <lol my grandmother Clara Spells her uncles in a letter to my grandfather MacGown and McGown, depending on who she's talking about..>
Thanks!
Neil
