Kathryn "Kay" McGovern of Saddlebrook Farms in Grayslake Services for Kathryn "Kay" McGovern, 68, will be held at 12 noon Sunday, Oct. 11, at the Saddlebrook Farms Lake House. Born July 13, 1941, in Chicago, she passed away Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009, at her home. Kay worked in purchasing and was a member of the Young at Heart Club. She is survived by her children, Kathy McGovern-Fitzpatrick (Jack), Shawn (Adria) McGovern, Colleen McGovern (Dennis Stencil) and Jim (Cynthia) McGovern; her grandchildren, Kyle, Kaitlyn and Kevin Fitzpatrick, and Riley, Kendall and Haven McGovern; and one sister-in-law, Joyce (Glenn) Young. She is also survived by Jay and David Bullington and Chris Ward. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 100 Tri-State International Parkway, #125, Lincolnshire, IL 60069 or Condell Hospice, 115 W.
