I have them marrying in Christian Co, KY on Nov 25, 1816.
Have him dyng about 9/18/1835 - Elizabeth and 2 daughters over 21 single and 2 daughters under 21 and others were named in his estate probate in Dallas Co, AL.
Does anyone know the parents of Elizabeth McGough. One source shows Robert McGough, Jr, son of Robert. Another shows Albert McGough ....both show mother of Elizabeth to be Agnes McWhorter.
If anyone is interested. I have the Woods line to mid 1400 in Ireland and England.
Daughter of Joseph McGee and Elizabeth was Mary (Polly)McGee m to William DeGrafton Woods. I am off William DeGrafton Woods line. And there are Carson's in the Woods line also. Woods were in Christian Co, KY, and moved to Dallas Co, AL, then to Sabine, LA, and on into Texas. Before going to KY, they were in SC ... Thomas Woods is our Rev. War Vet. linage. Will be glad to exchange info with anyone interestd. Also Helm line off Woods/Lee/Carson line in SC.
