Hugh,

Yes..."Harry" is James Harrison McGough.

These are the birthdates that I have for James and Mary's children:

John "Jack" C. - B. 9/10/1860 D. 1/25/1944
Henry Agustis - B. 9/28/1862 D. 1947
Frederick - B. 1/2/1865 D. 5/13/1945
Ida E. - B. 1/23/1870 D. 1/2/1944
James Harrison "Harry" - B. 3/2/1873 D. 5/31/1962

This information is hadwritten in James and Mary's Family bible that my Aunt has in her possession.

James Harrison and his wife Elizabeth Neil are buried in the Bluff City Cemetary Elgin, IL

I drove out to look for the McGough Cemetary today.

I found a small cemetary out in the middle of the field just off McGough road.

Most of the headstones were to worn to read. I am not even sure if I was at the "McGough" cemetary. I did clearly see John Reed Ward's name listed on a headstone (this is Ida McGough's husband). There were other Ward headstones, but I could not read much of the text on them.

I knocked on the door of the home that they are next too, but nobody answered. I guess it could have been the "Ward" homestead. I'll check with my Aunt tonight. I'm pretty sure she took photos of the headstones many years ago, so she would know who is buried there.

Thanks,

Gretchen Lent
