My ancestor was William McGonigal who served in the CW. I just found out he had a brother James McGonigal, 03 Jan 1841 - 14 Dec 1905 who also served in the RW in the 1st PA Reserves and 17th PA Calvery.

He married Anne Elizabeth George in Gettysburg in 1864 then he moved to OH and is buried in Belmont Park Cemetery in Youngstown.

This is unconfirmed and from a CW researcher. Contact me privately at jlannom@fuse.net so we can share our McGonigal information.

I am looking for parents' names and other siblings of William and James McGonigal. Can you help?
