Hey there,
Its been a while since this has been posted but i figured I had better try anyway.
I am a McGivern over in the United States, and am currently working on a project for my U.S. History class. I dont suppose that any of you would know when and who immigrated to America and brought the name here. I am having trouble tracing the name back much at all. I know my father is John G. McGivern, and that his father caried the nick name "Mac", and was a school teacher in Highland Park, Ill. This is most of what I know. Any help would be apreciated.
Thanks,
Sean M. McGivern
