Hi Kevin, u r the 1st McGivern 2 contact me on my search so its good 2 hear from u.
I know nothing about my Mary Ann McGiverns family.
I have found a wedding 4 Mary Ann McGivoren 2 James Rooney in 1857 but have not confirmed it(99% sure). As far as I know James & Mary Ann had their 1st chid about 1866.

In 1901 James is listed as a farm servant
In 1911 he is an agricultural labourer (same as a farm servant but sounds better!!!)
They do not have a Thomas living with them.

My Mary Ann seems 2 have been born in a place called Bright, but Raholp features in my searches.
I have found a Hugh McGivern from Raholp.
Grange also features as a place where their child was registered.

It is possible Thomas & Mary Ann could be related.
Maybe u can help with McGivern info as I have so little.
Do u have any other names or addresses that could be of help?

Thanks 4 getting in touch,
Martina
