I am clark ellis mcginty/yob 1957, son of mcelroy ellis mcginty/ yob 1941, son of ellis belton mcginty/yob 1910, son of george ely mcginty/ yob unknown, son of ely mcginty/ yob unknow... all we know about ely is that he was around 9 yrs of age during the war and he watched his father and brother or brothers go off to war. they were all kiled and something happened to his mother. he was waundering down the road and was picked up by a family and they raised him...we do not know if mcginty was his birth name or if he took this name from the family that raised him...we do not know if this all took place in texas, but think that it did as the family is from that area...we are in the midst of putting together a tree and am wanting to get dates and locations and find other members...we have quit a bit of info on names to the present, but are looking to expand it more and back even farther...if you have any conection or ideas please email me jonithe1st@juno.com
