I am still trying to trace my mother's relations back as far as I can. I have got as far as an ANN McGILL who maried a ROBERT GORDON on 20th January 1860, in SPRINGBURN, LANARKSHIRE, SCOTLLAND. So far I have had no success.
Among their children was a JANE GORDON, my grandmother, born 5 August 1865.
Any help on these people would be very much appreciated
Is there anyone else trying to find a McGill or a Gordon or even a Harkness?
