I am trying to find the parents of Thomas McGibbon [Gibbons], who was born ca 1796 in Ireland, he died in Ops township, Victoria County, Ontario, Canada in 1883. Thomas married Martha Ritchie [1820 Ireland - 1902 Manvers], and had 8 known children, one being my ancestor John McGibbon born 1865 Ops, Ontario, died 1924 Toronto; married Sarah Jane "Jennie" Armstrong. Any information on Thomas' children, parents or siblings would be appreciated,Cheryl Freeman.
