I have a mystery in my ancestry involving a Finlay McGibbon who married Christina Menzies 14/10/1832 Fortingall, Sco, then she had a son in January, 1832 - Duncan to "Finlay Stewart". She came to Australia in 1839 as Mrs. Stewart, yet Lord Sefton in a letter to Australia in 1939, referred to her as Mrs. MacGibbon, when seeking assistance for a respectable Menzies family from Innerwick, Glen Lyon.
