I am trying to find the children and descendants of Alexander McGhee who died c1841 in Blount County, Tennessee, especially his son John McGhee. This John McGhee used "Jr." to differentiate between himself and an uncle by the same name.
Can anyone tell me where the grave of Alexander McGhee is? The Blount County, TN Cemetery book says that he is buried at the New Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery. I have found the graves of his parents there , Barclay and Jane McGhee, but I cannot find a grave for him. Can anyone help?
