Thank you Charles.I do have the father of Clyde. His name is Daniel Joseph McGhee. Daniel might have his names reversed and could be Joseph Daniel McGhee. You can find him in both the 1910 and 1920 census records. Clyde, May and their son Jewel are also in the 1920 census. Bolinger, Stoddard and Dunklin coutnies are where they lived primarily. The first record I have og Daniel in MO is his marriage to Lydia Elizabeth Wilkinson in Bollinger County.
All of Lydia's children were born in AR.
Joseph Daniel was born between 1836 and 1842 in IL. His father is named Joseph. Their surname has been misspelled several ways, McGee, McGhie, McGhee and McGehee. We are actually from the McGehee line; proven by DNA. I am having trouble finding the right Joseph who fathered Daniel.
