The 1925 Iowa census lists R. R. Mc Geehon 85 living in Cass County. His parents were D. Mc Geehon and Lydia Stewart (in Ancestry the index has the separation between Mc and Geehon; no I'm not kidding). The parents of his wife Leurene 69 were J. R. Chambers and Eliz Dickey. Her sister M. Anderon 62 is listed with them.

The 1880 federal mortality census shows an Amanda McGeehon 34 died in February of heart disease in Atlantic, Cass County in household #667. She and her parents were born in PA. The 1880 census shows a John McGeehon (misindexed as McGeeham) 33 as a boarder with S. McGeehon and his wife Kate living in household #667. They were all born in PA.
