William McGee and his son, Philip, VA 1764

In Chalkley, under County Court Judgments, Augusta County, 1764, it mentiions John Heren vs. Wm. McGee and Wm.s son Philip. Does anyone recognize this Philip? I suspect this is a different William McGee than many of us have been looking at, one of the five brothers. The Wm. of the five brothers had no children. As a wild guess, could he be an uncle? I am suggesting that Robert, also in Augusta County at that time, may have been William's brother and the father of the five brothers. In 1765 Robert was made exempt from levy because of great age and infirmity. I wish that would still work! Anyway, that bit of information does not correspond with previous notions that he was a brother to John, James, William and David, all of whom would have been young men at this time and who do not start to show up in Virginia records until several years later. Any thoughts? Bill
