Hi Pat,
Thank you for this. I just now found your response. I had not seen the personal property tax lists. This, with the 1850 Census does seem to place Kenworthy with the family. I still think someone goofed on Mary McGeath's age, though. I know it is possible to have a baby at 49 years of age, but it is not common at all.

Did you see the 1830 Census for a William Hoge, living in VA? It does not list individual names, but there are several children within the age groups of William and Mary's living in the home. Do you think this was them?
