I am seeking information on a Mary McGarrity (Magarity) who came to the US from Ireland in 1888. In 1893, she married George W. Chase, a farmer and Civil War veteran in Saco, Maine. They both are buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Biddeford. She may have come to the states with some female relatives named Ormsby. I have uncovered some other McGarrity lines in Biddeford and wondered if anyone could connect Mary to these lines. I refer to Hugh McGarrity who married Mary (Minnie) Fearon in 1892. Also to a Hugh McGarrity who married Hannah Sheehan in 1906. Also John J., son of Hugh McGarrity and Jane Doran. John J. married Mora Callaghan in 1900. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
