I am researching Thomas McGarrah, born aprox. 1790. Thomas served in the War of 1812 from middle Tennessee in 1815. After the war he moved to Arkansas in early 1820's. It has long been believed that he was the son of James McGarrah from S.C. that moved to NW Arkansas in the early 1820's but was not listed as a son on records. I believe that it is possible that he was a close relitive and not a son. I would like to get a copy of the Bible records that you have if possible.
