There are two Henderson McGaha's that were four years apart and that is part of the confusion. From my research on ancestry I have been able to find out this:

Married Martha Caldwell b. Oct 1867 NC d. 1904
marriage : 24 Dec 1882

daughter of Noah Gilliland and Sarah Jane Huskey
Married: 2 April 1905

Luther S
Velma Estelle
Lem
The second Henderson was married to Matilda "Tilda" Dennis and he was born in 1864. I hope this helps!
