Hello All,
I'm looking for any information about my Great-Grandfather James Lee McFerrin who was born in September 1887 and died in 1949 or so (died in West Memphis or Marion Arkansas). He married Mary Lou Floyd (Born-Died 12/25/1902-1985)when she was 16 or so in Potts Camp, Mississippi. I've been told that he had a brother named John and a sister named Frankie and his Mother's name may have been Mindie, his Father may have been shot and killed. James and Mary had 8(?) children together. It was a family secret that James McFerrin had a daughter with a woman outside of marriage perhaps in Mississippi. I'd like to have more info on that, as well. :) Any direction you might be able to point me in concerning James or Mary will be very appreciated!
