Hi Alex. I've checked through my documentation and believe that these are two different people named John McFeeley. The reason is that his son, Patrick, was born in 1824 (calculation based on date of death in the Vital Records of Massachusetts from 1850). Mathematically, your John McFeeley could not be his father. Sorry. It would have been nice if it had been a match! Guess we'll both have to keep on looking! Good luck.
