Brothers William and John McFarlane from Fermanagh, arrived in Australia in 1878

My Great Grandfather, William McFarlane, and his brother, John, arrived in Australia aboard the "Rodell Bay" in 1878. I believe they were from Fermanagh, Ireland. William married Kate Payne (b Abt 1861 in Carlow, Ireland) in the Queensland town of Aramac in 1883. I don't know what happened to John.

Does anybody have any further information on either William or John? I'm especially keen to get more information on their parents and siblings. Their parents could be Thomas McFarlane and Sarah Clarke but I haven't been able to prove this information.
