Hi! I need to find out if anyone knows anything about my Great Great grandfather William Joseph McFarland he married Rose Nemetz in North Dakota. The only story I have on him is that William Joseph McFarlands parents were of Scottish-Irish Descent and they migrated to Canada. Wm J. McFarland was born in York Co. NB Canada in 1848. He and his siblings became orphans at an early age, where he later found work in St. Andrews and got an education. He later went back to farming and then came out West to the United States with his brother and brother in law John Campbell. We would like to know who his parents and siblings were. Any info out there would be appreciated.
