I had no idea of the books existence ,my main reason for even doing research on this family was because his wife Lucinda HUNT McEWEN belonging to a set of HUNT's I'm researching and their daughter Sarah E. McEWEN LAWING having been a wife of a LAWING of which I'm also researching.
Some minor info. I found on Rootsweb.com before I made my final posting on this forum ,but I found the majority of it from delving into the courthouse records of Rutherford Co.,TN. back in the 1990's before internet research was born.
I'm a slow typer and most of my posts that include "family-like sheets" of info. takes me between 2-5 hours of typing before I hit the post message button ,the reason I post allot is to share what I have found even if it doesn't directly connect with me (I'm trying to reduce my accumilated notes/records by posting them before I file-13 them).
I hope what Info. I did provide in my post on this McEWEN family matches what you say is in that book and again thank you.
