Hello Everyone,
I am looking to see if any fellow McEwen researchers see a connection to the following McEwen family in their genealogy notes.
The following information is taken from an 1850 Census record for Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio.
1) P. McEwen - 42 years old, male, born Ireland
2) Bridget McEwen - 35 years old, female, born Ireland
3) Thomas McEwen - 6 months old, male, born Ohio
4) Cath Fanning - 14 years old, female, born Ireland
5) Dennis Fanning - 16 years old, male, born Ireland
6) Bartly Fanning - 17 years old, male, born Ireland
7) Charles Fanning - 21 years old, male, born Ireland
8) Michael Fanning - 23 years old, male, , born Ireland
The individual named Bartly Fanning I believe is my great, great grandfather. I am looking to find out what sort of connection the McEwen family have to my Fanning family.
Does anyone see any connection to the above McEwen or Fanning family members? I can share more notes in regard to the Fanning family if requested.
