I am looking for the Evoy's of Newfoundland - St Mary's Bay area. I am told that at one time it was McEvoy, and they drpped the Mc off at some point. My grandfather was Andrew, his father Thomas, his father Michael. I have run into a dead end with Michael, don;t know dates or where he came from. If you may have information you would care to share I would be grateful
