My great-great grandfather was John McErlean who married Mary Gibson. They were from the Glenarm area of County Antrim. Their daughter Elizabeth married Hugh McQuillan in 1875. I have a copy of the obituary of Mary Gibson McErlean that I can send if you are interested. Unfortunately, the copy my aunt had was typed from the original newspaper article and does not have dates, or the name of the newspaper. The article does include the names of family and others in the funeral cortege.
