Dearest family,
I have received a note from Clara Hunt Miller today. Clara is the lady who wrote "McElyea's in Transit". She has provided an excellent tool that has helped many who are researching the McElyea family. Clara is 94 years old and is under going some difficult health times. She has had something removed from underneath her tongue. She asked me to pray that it would be benign and I told her I would do better than that. I am enlisting all of your prayers in her behalf. I told her to feel the love and warmth from all the McElyeas who would be saying prayers in her behalf. All of you are requested to please contact all the McElyeas who you have in your address books and send them a copy of this letter. I know that Clara will appreciate your prayers and concern.
Sincerest thanks,
