I have a book titled " Our Fritts Family " by Francis Dugger Rowan and copyrighed in 1992. Her address is shown to be

463 Grove Street
Bishop, CA 93514

This book covers part of the Dugger, Hatton, and McElyea families residing in Johnson County, Tennessee.

Page 99 shows Larkin McElyea (b. c1807) and m. to ( Mary ????) some time before 1830. There are 8 children listed as having been born to this union between 1830 and 1853. The second child was John McElyea (b. c1833) who married Catherine Tester October 10, 1852.
This Catherine Tester would be the mother of Belle McElyea. Unfortunately no children are listed for John and Catherine in this book. It is known that John and two of his brothers served with Company F of the 13th Regiment, Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry in the Civil War under Captain Bayless A. Miller.

I hope this will be of some value to you.
