Hi Terri, Sorry but I never have heard of your family names, but I don't know much about the McElyea I also am looking for the same surnames & I also think in Ark. I'm looking for the parents of Ruth Elizabeth (Pyle) Parker. Born 1888 in Kennett, MO died 1978 in Ark. Her parents was Seldon Jefferson & Mary Ann (McElyea) Pyle.I was also told that they also had a son Jim. was told that there mother died at a young age & he raised Ruth. Also I'm mot sure but is this a Scottish name? Do you know anything about this? Take care Carol Bunnell in MI
