Hi Mr. Bill,

Maybe you could help me out. I am trying to find any info on a James McElwee married to a Nancy Holiday on 1 Mar 1810 in Claiborne County, Mississippi. I've been told these folks could possibly be the parents of my Nancy McElwee b.17 Oct 1818 d. 29 Nov. 1842 in Hinds County, Mississippi. She was married to Owen Hull Herren on 17 Feb 1842 Utica, Hinds Co., Mississippi b. 12 May 1819 Jefferson County, Mississippi d.20 Nov. 1872. I've also been told that there were not that many McElwee's in Mississippi at the time. Any info or help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Debi Powell
