Hi Jay

What a history of your McElhinney's. I was born in Londonderry City and hope you don't mind me mentioning that the Colmore you have should be Culmore which is about 2 miles from the centre of Londonderry City in case that would help you with your research. My McElhinney's come from the Parish of Mevagh, Co Donegal. Hopefully we might get a tie up somewhere. Mine started with a John who had a son Thomas 1844.
