Joseph E. McDowell - Oklahoma McDowells

I am looking for information about Joseph E McDowell. It is my understanding that he was born in Ireland in 1868 (where exactly I don't know) came to the US in 1884, married Myrtle McNett in 1897, settled in jackson Oklahoma and had several children including my great grandfather Flynn William McDowell.

Any information concerning his place of birth, mother and father, etc... is greatly appreciated.
