McDougle's in GA Early 1800's

I am looking for any and all information about John McDougle and his wife Sarah Gaddis who were in Lumpkin Co, GA by 1840. Their children were Joseph E, Sidney, James C., John M (my g-g-grandfather and married to Sallie McCrary), Benjamin, Green Sherman and Sarah Elizabeth. I have good info on some of the children but nothing more about John and Sarah. John was born about 1806, fought in the Civil War, and died in Lumpkin County on May 25, 1876. Sarah was born 12/24/1813 and died in Lumpkin County on 6/13/1897. Does anyone know anything at all about these McDougles??? Please help.... Thanks
