Tim, Wow, you sure know a lot, of course then again, you're a McDorman!!! I admittedly haven't worked on the McDormans in quite awhile, so I don't remember as much about them as you. Anyhow, I'll compare what you just wrote me about with my paper files and see what I come up with. Anyhow, the older McDorman in the 1840 Henry Co., IN census is a Michael, not James. Henry Co., IN 1840 page 84: Charles McDorman 10001-110101 Michael McDorman 000100001-10100001 In 1810 Guilford Co., NC page 943: Seth McDorman 00100-10100 1820 Greene Co., OH; Beaver creek Seth McDorman 1 male under 10, 1 male 10-16, 1 male 16-26; 2 females under 10, 1 female 10-16, 1 female 16-26. (Did I read the film wrong????) I know that in 1820 Roberson Co., NC there is John page 307, and Effie, page 304. I haven't searched them on the film yet. Also 1830 Guilford Co., NC James McDorman page 193. And I have a few others. Some I've searched, some I haven't. Take care and Merry Christmas! Janel
