Hi Kevin,
Sorry it took a few days to answer you. The information I have I just received from the 1900 Buffalo census. My ggrandmother Mary McDonough was born in Ireland in March of 1850. Her husband Richard Brennan immigrated from Ireland in 1872. At the time of the census it was stated they were married 28 years. That would take them back to a marriage date of 1872. They must of married in Ireland. I have no idea if any of Marys family came over with them. I have no information or any names of her siblings or parents. Do you have any other names or dates to give me?
I have a list of about 280 McDonoughs in the vital records index of north america. Are there any names I could look up for you? Also if you checked Ancestry.com in the 1890 Buffalo street directory there are 20 McDonoughs listed, This is a paid service, I don't have a membership to get into the info. I'm thinking of joining though. I sure would like for us to keep in touch maybe we do have a link somewhere. Talk to you soon.
Kathie
