We are trying to compile a biography of the late Ed McDole, a mineral specimen dealer who lived for many years in a hotel room in Butte, Montana. In mineralogy circles he is known as the "Montana Mineral King" because of the many fine specimens he sold over the years to collectors and museums. He was a colorful character who always smoked big cigars and told great stories [mostly untrue!]. If anyone has information I would appreciate being contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
