Our family in Rome Ga. spells our McDurmont
Our brick wall--
Ballard McDurmont, Sr. b. ca 1785 (Ga, 1850 census)
died and buried - Kingston, Ga.
We think this family came from the direction of Athens Ga.
He was a blacksmith and spoke Galic. Most of his
deceasants are in Rome, Ga. I need help to go any further
