I can help you on the McDaniel line a little, but not on Risdon McD's wife.
Risdon is a name that seems to be peculiar to the descendants of James (or Jeams Mackdaniel) McDaniel, whose 1759 will is on file in Craven Co. What I have on them came from the NC State Archives in the late 70s. It was done by a Stella Coleman. She notes that many of the land entries in Jones Co. were entered as "McDonald," if that helps.
James had three sons: James, John and Risden, and a daughter Lavinah.
Risden died in 1822 in Jones Co. His wife is not named.
The son James (1750-1809) had a son named Risdon who died in 1831. No wife named.
The son John (1752-1817) also had a son named Risden, who married a Sarah "possibly a Bryan or Hathaway" her notes say.
This may not help as such, but it might be the right line. Good luck.
