I show the following from St. Anne's Parish, Ile-du-Grand Calumet, Quebec.
Louise RICARD (min) mar. Charles BARSALOU JUL 31, 1875
Louise's parents: Francois Richard & f. Louise Brizard
Charles's Parents: Antoine Barsalou & Josephte Foisy
I'm trying to determine if the above persons are the parents of the following, also from St. Anne's Parish.
William Thomas Mastaie MCCOSHAM mar. Marie Obeline Bernadine BARSALOU
APR 24, 1900.
William's parents: John McCosham & Julie Agnes Perreault
Marie's parents: Charles Barsalou & f. Louise Ricard.
John McCosham (McCoshen)'s parents:
Roderick McCoshen & Elisabeth Nesbitt
Julia Agnes Perreault parents: Joseph Perreault & Marguerite Leclair
The McCoshen/Nesbitt search is my brickwall. I do have some census records and copies of their parish death records from Calumet Island, QC. Plus I have a good deal of information on their children and grandchildren.
What I'm looking for is the Certificate of Registration of Death for both Roderick and Elisabeth. Plus I'm looking for a marriage record c. 1830's Litchfield Twp, Ottawa. If anyone reading this message has other supportive data, please feel free to contact me by direct email. Thank you so much.
