Looking to connect with any McCutcheon's or McFarland's presently living in the area of Tattynure, Tyrone....... I believe my Great Great Grandparents John McCutcheon and Mary McFarland to have come from this area of Tyrone. There is also reference to a place named DUNBREEN.
There is probably a connection to a Samuel McFarland, born 1899, son of James McFarland and Eliza Jane Wason who married a Catherine Watson, daughter of Robert Watson in 1924 at the Cappagh Church of Ireland. James McFarland was the son of a David McFarland. Believe Samuel may have been a Nephew of my Great Great Grandmother OR a Great Nephew....... she may have been sister to James or David????
Would love to hear from anyone researching the above McFarland Family or who knows of a John McCutcheon marrying a Mary McFarland in Tyrone County NI
