William "Big Bill" McCutchen and his first wife Amanda Henderson had 7 children:
Harriett (d. 1847 at Donner camp)
James William (d. 1911)
John Edmonson (d. 1923)
Thomas H. (d. 1878)
Mary Ellen
Laura (Lottie)
Edward Johnson (d. 1933)
To my knowledge there are no living descendents of Harriett, James, John, Thomas, or Edward. Mary Ellen and Laura (Lottie) were both single and living in San Francisco in 1880 as per the Census, but afterward I can find no trace. The obituary of James notes that he had two brothers and two sisters still living which would imply both girls were still around in 1911, presumably married.
Does anyone have any information on who these two girls may have married and where they may have lived?
