Dear Mary,

Did you every find any children of Thomas McCumber and Loretta Dillins?
I am looking for a family of McCumber's. I am pretty sure that they are from West Virginia.
I don't know the parents names, but one of the daughter's name is Loretta or Lauretta. I have also found a record where she is just mentioned as Retta. She was probably born in the 1860's Loretta was married to a Thomas Edward Snyder probably in the late 1880's. Her children were (so far as we know) Rachel, Albert Isabell, and Arnold. She lived in Gallia Co. Ohio. Loretta and her husband are buried in Vinton Co., Ohio. Do you think that this family might attach to yours?
Thanks
Suzanne
