I am looking for my family roots of the McCue family. My great grandfather was Isaac Kurtz McCue married to Maggie Hoop. they begot sons Lon,Benton, Charles, Raymond and Herbert. daughters, Lillian and Charlotte. Lon died in Steubenville Ohio. Charlotte had a daughter Margaret who married Harry Bellock. Benton had three sons, one of which is my father. The three sons were William, (my dad), Robert and Richard. I am Dennis Patrick McCue and I could use some help tracing my roots to Ireland and or Scotland.My grandfather has a old journal from his father that states the colonel James McCue is part of our family.If anyone can give me some tips on how to persue this venture, I would really appreciate it. thank You McCue's
