My book, the Lauer, Borgmeier, Bauer Families and the MACCUBBINS has received its second award.

In May, 2007, it received the 2007 National Genealogical Society Genealogical Writing Competition, Award for Excellence: Genealogy and Family History.

In July, 2008, it received the 2007 Maryland Historical Society — Sumner A. Parker Award.
