Matthew, Fairfield Co., SC

I am interested in a Mr. McCreight who was the grandson of Jemima Hardage McCreight and Matthew McCreight. Jemima married Matthew McCreight in Fairfield Co., SC. Mr. McCreight, her grandson, wrote a family narrative back in the late 1800's from recollections of Jemima. I am related to the Hardage line and am trying to verify some of her story. Is anyone you familiar with this narrrative that has been included in the Leonardo Andrea Collection? Jemima was born between 1765 -1793. There were few dates in the story, only family names and locations. The Hardages (Holditches) settled on the Broad River in areas of Fairfield, Laurens, Chester Co. SC. There is very little about the McCreights in the photocopies of the part of the story I have, but there is probably additional material about the McCreights in the original narrative. I appreciate anything anyone can tell me about the Hardages who married into the McCreights, and the name of the Mr. McCreight who wrote the story. Thank you.
