Services For Mrs. Ada Bell Burns Held Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Bell Burns of Amory, Rt. 2, were conducted Monday afternoon at Trace Road Baptist Church with Rev. Benny Oliver officiating. Burial was in the Liberty Cemetery with Jones Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Burns died Sunday at 2:00 a.m. in the Gilmore Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was a native of Rienzi and Amory, Miss., a member of Trace Road Baptist Church, and a housewife. She was 44.
Survivors include her husband, Willie Enlow Burns; two sons, Chester Lee Burns and Billy Hugh Burns of Amory, Rt. 2; two daughters, Mrs. Eunice Goad in the South Pacific and Mrs. Geneva McRae of Frankstown, Tenn.; a brother, Tommy Winkler of Blytheville Ark.; two sisters, Mrs. Homer Mardis of Faulkner, Miss., and Mrs. Martha Williams of Myrtle, Miss.; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
